	Welcome to Disaster Management Fair 2007! Mountain Forum Himalayas (MFH) is going to organize an exclusive exhibition-cum-fest during 6-10 October 2007 at Indira Gandhi State Sports Complex, Mall, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh - India on the occasion of International Day for Natural Disaster Reduction.

	Disaster Management Fair 2007 In order to sensitize communities on the various aspects of an effective disaster management like Emergency Response (Rescue & Relief), Emergency Health Management Systems (First Aid & Trauma Counseling), Rehabilitation, Reconstruction, Restoration (Socio-Economic Development of the affected people), Prevention, Mitigation and Preparedness, Mountain Forum Himalayas (MFH) is going to organize an exclusive exhibition-cum-fest from October 6 to October 10,2007 at Indira Gandhi State Sports Complex, Mall, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh (INDIA) on the occasion of International Day for Natural Disaster Reduction. This exhibition-cum-fest will demonstrate the information, skills, practices, equipments, techniques and systems pertaining to risk reduction processes developed or facilitated or implemented by different international, national, regional and village level organizations, institutions, agencies and companies involved in the Disaster Management processes. This four day event will try to drew attention of common person to get a comprehensive knowledge on disaster risk reduction management process. Live demonstration of risk reduction & safety practices will be demostarted by various agencies, disaster management institutes, companies and childrens. Recreation and cultural programmes will be the main feature of this evevnt, mixed up with serious discussion, consultations and debates on various aspects of disaster and risk reduction system.
